Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the Artist's day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. 48 hours for Nano appointments. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. No shows or cancellation with less that 24 hours are charged the full service fee. By booking your appointment you are agreeing to this policy.
Appointment Timing
All appointments are automatically booked for sufficient time to consult and complete your service with added buffer time. We do this to allow for a relaxing appointment that enables us to do our best possible work for you. With this in mind, there is a 15 minute grace period. After the 15 minute grace period a client is considered a late cancellation and will be charged a fee.
Patch Testing
If you have had any prior experience being allergic to brow tint, wax, perming solutions, makeup, oils and creams please request to do a patch test 24 hours (at least) before your scheduled appointment. By scheduling and attending your appointment you are confirming you have no known allergies to potential products used during a brow service
